The territory of the municipality of Leskovac is situated at an altitude between 210 and 240 meters above sea level.

Mayor of Leskovac, Goran Cvetanovic, Director of the Public Utility Company "Water Supply" Zoran Stojanovic, member of the City Council Dejan Cakic and Assistant of the Mayor, Gojko Velickovic, visited the village of Guberevce today and saw the works on the introduction of water supply network in five villages - Guberevce, Donji and Gornji Bunibrod, Badince and Žižavica.

Machinery of "Water Supply" is on the spot, and is already working on digging the route and the primary water supply which is distributed to the future users of healthy drinking water by secondary network.

The Mayor said that in this way, an eight-year long injustice to the residents was corrected and that the involvement of local government provided approximately RSD6,000,000.00 from the budget.

Zoran Stojanovic, Director of Water Supply, said that a price per household of RSD18,000.00 was set and it could be settled in three installments. Definitely, 900 people will be able to use healthy drinking water by the end of this year, which provides new customers to the "Barje Water System".
